Renovation: North Haven
Addition to and complete renovation of a 4,500 sf arts & crafts style home from 1907 that’s a prominent stop on the Sag Harbor historical house tour. Renovation included retrofitting a 4-story elevator into the home while maintaining traditional style, rebuilding most of the wood work, integrating cutting edge technology and systems. We also built a separate 2,000 sf pool house with full amenities and garage.
…the most terrific experience was working with O’Donoghue Associates along the way. They were there all the time, never missing a day of the schedule. Whatever issue was encountered along the way their attitude of WE CAN DO IT AND DO IT WELL prevailed
