New Construction: Noyac
Brand new 2-story, 3,300 sf home sited on Sag Harbor Cover to optimize full water view. This project blended traditional elegance — like custom ironwork, granite foundation, elegant waterline shape — with state of the art amenities like integrated sound system, chef’s kitchen, maintenance-free materials. Waterside, we also constructed the bulkhead and the home’s private dock.
We were amazed at the magnificent woodwork and fine craftsmanship that had gone into the construction.
