Complete interior renovation and exterior restoration of this whimsical 3,000 sf  Queen Anne style Victorian from the 1890s, on Captain’s Row in Sag Harbor.  Project involved salvaging, rebuilding or creating the intricate gingerbread detail on the house, pristine renovation of the interior, as well as securing the structure and retrofitting new systems.
