Sag Harbor Federal-Style Home
This was a complete interior gut renovation of 3,500 sf, and exterior restoration of this historic Greek Revival home built in 1845. Working with architect Anthony Vermandois, we performed a full structural restoration and retrofitted state of the art systems while maintaining the integrity of this unique home. Scope included removing and replacing existing chimney in the center of the house, reconfiguring interior space, salvaging and replacing facade, and creating a new kitchen with a rear addition.
I had total faith in Tom’s workmanship and while I was commuting back and forth from the city to check on the progress, I knew my home was in good hands… I felt Tom understood the extent to which I needed and wanted to be involved, and took charge of things that were beyond what I could manage from the city.
